- Remote-first. We work across Europe and North America. Async by default, real-time when it helps.

- Ship weekly. Short iterations, real customers, quick feedback loops.
- Senior bar. No ladders to climb through — we hire people who can already operate at the level we need.
- Direct communication. We say what we think. We disagree productively.
What we look for
- Strong portfolio or track record in your craft — we care about what you've shipped, not where you worked
- A real interest in AI, search, and how marketing teams actually operate
- Comfort with ambiguity — we don't always know the right answer yet
- Bias to action. Prototype before debate
- Written communication — async teams live or die on this

We don't publish a rolling list of openings. We hire when we find the right person — and we're always looking for:
- Senior Full-Stack Engineers — PHP/MySQL/JavaScript, comfortable across the stack
- AI/ML Engineers — LLM integrations, prompt engineering, embedding pipelines
- Growth Marketers — content, SEO/AEO, paid, lifecycle — we practise what we preach
- Product Designers — B2B SaaS, data-heavy interfaces, strong taste
- Customer Engineers — technical enough to own integrations, commercial enough to own accounts
